Shipping policy

If you are below 18 years of age you need a guardian’s permission to place an order.

We deliver our goods with selected carriers, usually PostNord in Scandinavia and DHL in Scandinavia and in the EU. The customer pays shipping fee. The cost of shipping will show in the checkout. We offer free shipping over SEK 700. Delivery time is 1-5 working days in Sweden. Within the EU 2-10 working days. Outside the EU 5-15 working days.

Depending on the size of your package and your chosen shipping method, you will either receive it in the mailbox or pick it up at a service point. For the service PostNord Varubrev, all orders are sent directly to the mailbox. Should the package be too large for the mailbox, it will be available for pickup at a service point, you will receive an SMS or letter about this.

Parcels sent to Norway, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU are subject to customs duties and the customs fee is paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee what the customs fee will be for each package, but it is something that the customer must be aware of.
