Payment

– Enter the name of the discount code in the checkout under the text 'Enter discount code'.

– You can rest assured! No money is deducted for failed payments. Check that you have enough funds in your account and then try again. Nothing happens with failed payments, so you can try as many times as you want! If you are still uncertain after a failed payment, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@divinasports.se.

– We offer several payment methods, such as Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Card, Stripe, and PayPal, use the one that you prefer. With us, you always pay securely and safely.

Shipping

Yes, we do. However, Norway is outside the EU, and packages require payment for customs duties. We cannot guarantee what the customs cost will be for each individual package, as this is something the customer needs to be aware of.

If your item breaks, contact us at hello@divinasports.se as soon as you notice the defect.

– If we have missed including a return form and you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@divinasports.se.

– In every order, we include a return form that you fill out and send back with your items. Instructions on how to proceed if you want to return an item are included on the return form.

– Enter your tracking ID on the courier's website. For example, if you chose to receive your package via PostNord, go to their website and enter your tracking ID to track your package. The same applies to DHL!"

- We do not offer free returns for environmental reasons. Unfortunately, there are many people who take advantage of free returns by ordering an unnecessary number of garments in several different sizes and then returning those that do not fit. We want to minimize emissions for our planet and therefore do not offer free returns.

NOTE! Size changes and product changes are free of charge, we cover the return shipping and the new shipment.

- You will be notified via SMS or email when the package has arrived. This applies to all delivery methods.

- Depending on the size of your package and your chosen shipping method, you will either receive it in the mailbox or pick it up at a service point. For the service PostNord Varubrev, all orders are sent directly to the mailbox. Should the package be too large for the mailbox, it will be available for pickup at a service point, you will receive an SMS or letter about this. All Padel rackets are picked up at a service point.

- We usually ship with PostNord within Scandinavia and DHL within the EU. You can see the available options in the checkout.

- 1-5 working days in Sweden. Within the EU 2-10 working days. Outside the EU 5-15 working days.

Other Questions

- If you do not pick up your package at the chosen agent/parcel box and return it to us by registered mail, we will charge you SEK 100 in fee. The order will then be handled as a return.

Size inquiries

– We recommend that you choose your 'regular size.' However, all bodies are different, so we suggest checking our size guides before placing an order! If you would like more tailored advice, you are always welcome to contact us! If an items runs large or small in size, we usually write that in the product text, so please check there as well.

Washing instructions

– The materials in the garments vary depending on the type of item. The exact material is listed in most garments.

– We recommend that you wash your garments at 30-40 degrees to avoid damaging the fabric and print. The washing instructions are stated on the washing label in the garment. Carefully read the washing instructions before washing.
